1. General Provisions

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") applies to all information that the Montera project (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator") may receive about the user while using the website. Using the site means the user's unconditional agreement with this Policy and the conditions for processing their personal data specified therein.

2. Personal Information of Users

Within the framework of this Policy, "user's personal information" means the personal information that the user provides about themselves independently when filling out feedback forms, including:

Last Name, First Name, Patronymic;
Contact phone number;
Email address (optional).

3. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

The site collects and stores only that personal information which is necessary to provide services or execute agreements and contracts with the user. The Operator processes the user's personal information for the following purposes:

Establishing feedback with the user, including sending notifications and requests regarding the use of the site;
Organizing private presentations and viewings of Montera real estate properties;
Improving the quality of the site and its usability.

With regard to the user's personal information, its confidentiality is maintained, except in cases of voluntary provision by the user of information about themselves for general access to an unlimited number of persons. The Operator has the right to transfer the user's personal information to third parties only in cases expressly provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan or as part of private viewings (security service).
